Refund Policy

At Math Mindset Tutoring, we strive to provide high-quality, supportive learning experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a session.
One-on-One Tutoring Sessions

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a full refund. A 50% session fee may be charged unless rescheduled.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Technical Issues
If a session is interrupted or canceled due to technical problems on our end (e.g., internet outage or software failure), we will:

Reschedule the session at no additional cost or

Provide a full refund upon request.
Unsatisfied with a Session?
We care about your experience! If you are unsatisfied with a session, please reach out to us within 48 hours at kaydeepierre@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue—this may include offering a replacement session or partial refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. or service you need through an alternative method or personalized support.
