Welcome to Math Mindset Tutoring! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

Math Mindset Tutoring offers virtual and in-person academic support in subjects such as Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Trigonometry. Sessions are provided by youth tutors and scheduled by appointment only.

Booking & Payment

  • All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through our online system.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your session.

  • Payments must be made prior to the session unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared.

  • Respect the tutor and stay engaged during the session.

  • Use appropriate language and behavior in all communications.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in termination of services.

Parent/Guardian Consent

Intellectual Property
